With all the work that goes into getting students through the door and delivering quality training, it's important to ensure you are paid everything you are entitled to receive.

My experience shows that this is often not the case - from something as simple as an unticked box affecting a handful of students or as large as systemic administrative errors across the board, I can review what your Student Management System tells me has taken place versus what you have been paid for to ensure that they are aligned.
